ONE LINE : A heavily scarred black and white tom cat of average height with a single pale green eye.
DETAILED: His name sake would lend one to believe he is a towering or massive tom-cat, many are surprised to find him quite average and humble in regards to his name. Badgerscar was in his youth the bigger of two siblings, hiw paws massive compared to his body. His parents in high hopes for his size named him after such a brutish creature, only to be suprirsed when he grew into his paws and showed no signs of continued growth. However, despite his name note quite matching his size, Badgerscar's personality in his youth was every bit boisterous and endearing.
After the incident, Badgerscar changed mentally and physically. His flank endured heavy blows, his face scarred and an eye ruined beyond repair. While it did take him several moon to come to terms with the changes, Badgerscar has sense accepted and little boths him about it beyond the stiffness of his skin or annoyance related to poor depth perception.

History
Born to Wildfeather and Dapplebelly, Badgerscar entered the world with his sister Berrypaw. They were a small litter by BearClan standards but nevertheless still loved and cherished. Badgerscar on the quick track to warriorhood was persistant in being allowed outside of the camp den, often brought back to camp by his all knowing mother or another queen in her company.
Perhaps a bit too brave, Badgerscar was offered to Pinefur as his first apprentice. Both toms hit it off well, almost like long-lost brothers and became best friends despite their relationship being of mentor and apprentice. It was this lack of boundary that led to Badgerscar's incident and his sister's death.
Pinefur had yet to establish with Badgerscar, at the time sill a -paw, that there were certain things apprentices were not ready for, flushing out a fox family was one of them. Refusing his mentor's order due to their friendly relationship, Badgerscar brought along his sister to follow the other warriors as they set about their task. Unknown to them, they were in the path of the fleeing fox and while Badgerscar fought to defend himself and Berrypaw, he was no match for such a violent creature and by the time the fox patrol found them, Berrypaw had passed.
It was assumed that Badgerscar would not survive the night and so he was named Badgerscar to allow him to be honored as a warrior should he find StarClan by dawn. Yet, he did not die, in fact in Badgerscar showed steady signs of recovery. Frostflower worked tireslessly to care for the the young apprentice. Days turned into moons and by the third of consistant nest-rest, Badgerscar emerged fully healed, save for the phyiscal and emotional scars. It was in Frostflower's company he came to the realization that with his injures and conidtion he'd make a poor warrior and requested that he'd be chosen as her apprentice. She agreed, believing him saved by StarClan for his 'higher purpose'.
Badgerscar trained, studied and meditated in efforts to become a worthy medicine cat and when the time came for him to be named before the other medicine cats, he asked that his name remain the same. Homage to his past and proof he was not ashamed of his conidtion. Frostflower granted him his request. He served alongside her for another full season before she retired, joining the elder's den and leave him the single healer of his Clan. Badgerscar hasn't yet decided if he is ready to train a new apprentice and instead devotes his time to tending to his herb stores and Clanmates various aliments.
