Name: Hawk-kit - Hawkpaw - Hawkstrike
Gender: Tom / Heterosexual
Age: 11 Moons
Clan: BearClan
Rank: Apprentice
Short Description: A long furred dark tabby with white marks
Appearance: Standard build for BearClan, Hawkpaw has the makings of a well built tom-cat. Near full grown, Hawkpaw never stoops to meet the eye of those smaller. He takes great pride in being bigger than some and often looks down to others. Confident in his stride, Hawkpaw will earn his share of battle scars and notches in his ears. Despite his arrogance, or becuase of it, he is quite attractive for tom standards and will have his fair share of she-cats when the time is right. Impressive now in his youth, it will care on into adulthood and only be marred by elderlife if he is blessed to make it that far.
Personality: Postiive: Condient, Determined, Hardworking
Negative: Arrogant, Attention-Seeking, Cruel
Despite his goodlooks, Hawkpaw is difficult to get along with if he views you as a rival. Younger cats, or those he considers weaker will have an easier time in his company. His cruelest words are reserved for his dear brother Twistedpaw, who he goes out of his way to mock and redicule. Hawkpaw has a knack for giving backhanded compliments, often directed at his similar aged peers or even siblings. Why Hawkpaw is this was is unknown to even his parents. Hawkpaw has little respect for the rules unless he believe them useful for his own, but this doesn't mean he breaks them. In fact, Hawkpaw admires Cloudstar deeply and is a zealot for the white tom-leader. He values the standards upheld by Cloudstar and wishes to make BearClan's ice-hearted leader proud. This type of hero-worship has made Hawkpaw hardworking and despite his often sadistic mockery of Twistedpaw, he has the makings of a soild warrior for BearClan.
History: Hawkpaw, determined in his youth to be a bother by every definition of the word; worked his way into all manners of trouble. He'd attempt to convince his siblings to sneak out of camp, only to be caught by a young warrior. He ventured to Badgerscar's den one evening, only to be shooed away by Wildfeather with the promise of a verbal lashing if he didn't stay away from the herbs. It seemed from youth, Hawkpaw was never meant to be kept cooped up or still for that matter. Always about, always in the way, seemingly in constant need for attention.
Till after a certain evening spent trying to leave the camp, yet again, Hawkpaw was caught by Cloudstar this time and while his ears burned hot with embrassment, Hawkpaw couldn't help but admire the tom. He commanded the camp with ease, and everyone looked at him, thus he was the center of attention. A bit unlike Hawkpaw who shared the spotlight with Hopepaw, who had been born sickly and so everyone fussed over him. Hawkpaw saw it then, the way to glory was through being a noteable warrior, soemthing of legend.
The time to become Hawkpaw couldn't be soon enough, and when Wildfeather was named his mentor, Hawkpaw accepted it with quite resolve and focused himself n training. He was praised for his hard work in his early moons of training, till Twistedpaw's accident. Resulting in the attention that had been applied to Hawkpaw being transferred to the now maimed Twistedpaw. Much to Hawkpaw's dismay, which now only brought out his cruel side, spitting hurtful remarks at his brother despite their kinship. Hawkpaw was not one to share and refused to do so without putting up a fight.
His jealousy worsened as Twistedpaw's mentor, Wildfeather spent more time in the medicine cat's den helping Badgerscar which only worsened the relationship between siblings. Hawkpaw longs for the day that Twistedpaw retires to the elder's den to be forgotten about.
Family: Hopepaw, Hollypaw, Harepaw, Twistedpaw,
